The rules for using CareFare Global comparisons, clinic listings, quote routing, patient feedback, and Featured provider billing.

Information service only
CareFare Global provides cost comparisons, source links, lead routing, and clinic profile tools. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, insurance, travel booking, or emergency services.
Prices, savings estimates, availability, inclusions, and travel assumptions are informational estimates. Patients must verify all treatment, safety, licensing, travel, insurance, and payment details directly with qualified professionals and clinics before making decisions.
Clinic listings and offers
Clinics are responsible for keeping profile information, offers, pricing, availability, and inclusions accurate. CareFare Global may moderate, edit, reject, or remove listings and offers that appear inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, promotional beyond policy, or unsupported.
Featured status may improve visibility, lead priority, and measurement, but it does not guarantee ranking above lower-cost options, patient volume, bookings, medical outcomes, or revenue.
Quote routing and replies
Patient quote requests may be routed to eligible clinics based on procedure, destination, provider tier, operational rules, and response history. Clinic replies may be reviewed, structured, summarized, or relayed before delivery.
Clinics must not use patient request information for spam, resale, discrimination, unsafe medical promises, or unrelated marketing. Patients should treat every clinic response as a starting point for direct due diligence.
Payments
Paid Featured subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Billing status may be used to activate or deactivate Featured provider fields and related lead-routing benefits.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscription fees are for platform visibility and operational services, not for guaranteed patient bookings or treatment outcomes.
Acceptable use and changes
Users must not abuse the service, submit false information, interfere with routing or telemetry, scrape at harmful rates, bypass magic-link protections, or impersonate a clinic or patient.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of CareFare Global after changes means the updated terms apply.
