CareFare Global

Privacy Policy

How CareFare Global handles patient inquiries, clinic applications, comparison telemetry, cookies, email, and provider replies.

Last updated: May 17, 2026

CareFare Global is an information and lead-routing service, not a medical provider, insurer, travel agency, or emergency service.

What we collect

Patients may provide procedure preferences, origin city, budget context, contact email, and quote-request details. Clinics may provide business contact details, website URLs, profile information, offer details, and lead responses.

We also collect product telemetry such as page views, comparison views, quote submissions, price alert subscriptions, UI clicks, and basic technical context. This helps us understand whether pages rank, whether users find comparisons useful, and whether clinics respond.

Cookies and sessions

CareFare Global uses a first-party session cookie named cf_session to group page views and clicks into a visit. It is used for analytics and product reliability, not for selling user profiles.

Server logs and client events may include coarse location, referrer source, user-agent family, and timestamps. We avoid showing patient names or emails in the admin interface except where needed for server-side delivery.

How we use information

We use patient inquiry data to generate comparisons, send requested emails, create price alerts, route quote requests to eligible clinics, relay clinic replies, and collect feedback on whether a reply was useful.

We use clinic information to maintain provider profiles, verify business ownership, moderate submitted offers, route matching leads, process Featured-tier billing through PayPal, and send operational performance briefs.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell patient contact details. When a patient requests a quote, clinics receive the medical-travel request context needed to prepare a response. Patient contact details remain server-side unless the patient chooses to engage further.

We use infrastructure and service providers such as cloud hosting, database, email delivery, AI extraction, and payment processing vendors to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver those services.

Retention and choices

We keep operational records long enough to run quote routing, prevent duplicate events, measure provider performance, comply with billing or abuse-prevention needs, and debug reliability issues.

Patients can unsubscribe from price alerts through the link in alert emails. Clinics can request outreach removal through the unsubscribe link or by replying to the original outreach email.
