Government tertiary hospital network. Indian citizens pay nominal/subsidized fees; international patients require an Indian Medical Visa and are billed at low public-hospital rates (still 5-20× cheaper than private hospitals).
Apply for Indian Medical Visa with hospital letter. Outpatient appointments via the AIIMS portal.
Medical Visa required for foreigners. Outpatient queues are very long; have an advance appointment before traveling.
